Jeff falls asleep before me every night. Its understandable, he has a job to wake up to in the morning.

The man and I got real decent tans in Hawaii, but I haven’t been able to step out of the apt without a jacket ever since we’ve gotten back from vacay.

I love SF but I hate the weather.

I got me a great future husband.

For my quarter birthday he’s taking me to watch another man that makes me melt:

In LA…

_ Rented a PT Cruiser convertible for kicks with the boys
_ Ate Sonics for breakfast which was a very bad idea, except for the tater tots
_ Blew chunks in the nearest bathroom after taking on California Screamin’ in Cal Adventures (because of the greasy Sonics)
_ Got an adrenaline rush from the new Toy Story Mania ride, I imagine the high is better than any manufactured drugs
_ Beat the man in Buzz Lightyear, I scored six figures, he only had five, he got spanked
_ Had the best luck and waited in practically zero lines the whole day, straight to the boat on Pirates
_ Bought a shirt at Roscoe’s cause they finally had a small
_ Made my pilgrimage to “Scranton, PA’s Dunder Mifflin” in Panorama City
_ Became a firm believer in all the hype that is Pinkberry (yes, the hype is so true)

Yesterday I opened up my Better Homes cook book and decided to pick something new to bake. So today I made banana cupcakes. I won’t lie, they’re FANTASTIC.

I’m leaving the design world and opening up a bake shop as soon as I get someone to front me the money.

Feel free to invest in me. I’m going to call it “Pieces of Cake.”

So I am currently still on a Hawaiian vacation/wedding-high.

I had a helluva time. Since I’m broke and I am living on the last of my savings I focused my time and energy onto beaches, the natural beauty of Hawaii, and of course my number one material love in this world–FOOD. I will ALWAYS put food first. Luckily Jeff trusts me to take him where-ever the hype is.

I’m ready to go back next year, this time for an extended period of time and hopefully with more money. In case you’re interested here is a breakdown of the trip:

Day one: Waikiki, bleh. Day two: Scout day for the wedding (check out OffbeatLoft for details). Day three: The whole day with the man on the North Shore to celebrate our seven year anniversary, dinner @ Roy’s in Waikiki. Day four: The fourth of July, introduced Dean, Abby and Kyle to the world outside of Waikiki. Packed the car and hit Sandy Beach, Kailua, and the North Shore. Almost all of us got sunburned. Day five: The wedding at the Kahala Resort & Spa. Day six: Off to Maui (Jeff and I only for one full day). Day seven: Back on a flight to SFO, boo.

We’re off to SoCAL for a mini-trip. Priorities: Disney/CAL Adventures (specifically the new Toy Story ride), ROSCOES, and to FINALLY see if the hype of Pinkberry is true.

Still need a j-o-b, holler.

I really do have PLENTY to say, but I was reminded of this earlier, and this is so much more important.
